Bio Book Questions

The bio book will be compiled & printed before the reunion.  It is part of your ticket price and will be distributed at the reunion.  All classmates are encourage to fill out the questions below whether attending or not.   The bio book can be purchased as an optional item to those classmates that can't attend.

Paticipating in this biographical questionaire is optional.  If you choose not to participate you will not be listed in the bio book.  If you choose to participate, only the information you fill in below will be included.  

Due to privacy, a complete alumni list will only be provided to the reunion committee.
